TeeRoy's 2 Cents:
- You can't win 'em all.
- He's right. The biggest gang in America wears blue.
- Both 50 and the cop claimed they feared for their life. Who knew if either one was actually shook or if they were both just looking for a comeup.
50 Cent isn’t happy with some recent news he received on an NYPD investigation — but he’s not surprised, either.
You might remember last year that an NYPD commanding officer told his Brooklyn precinct to “shoot on sight” if they spotted the star at a police-sponsored boxing match. Curtis says he “knew they were not going to do anything about this, so I stop[ped] talking about it… NYPD is hands down the toughest gang in New York. You just gotta be ready for whatever. You know the vibes.”
Last week, the NYPD decided to officially drop the internal investigation into Emmanuel Gonzalez.
The rapper and the cop have a history. A month before the briefing where Gonzalez told his officers to “shoot on sight,” he filed a harassment complaint alleging 50 threatened him when he posted “Get the strap” in reference to a shakedown of a New York nightclub.
