Swizzie earned a degree from Harvard University on Thursday. He was enrolled in the university’s Business School’s Owner/President Management program. He celebrated the milestone on Instagram, posting a throwback picture of his younger self in a blue cap and gown. In the caption, he wrote, “Today is graduation day… In life we must keep graduating until the end. When I say we must graduate, I’m talking about on all levels, not just school.”
He noted that though he isn’t receiving a master’s degree, he’s still proud of his accomplishment. He says the moment was special to both him and his family “because many people look up to me and they use my drive to thrive.”
He wore a black suit with the words From The Bronx to Harvard on the back as he walked on stage to accept the degree, and is working on a documentary of the same name.
