Happy Birthday Ciara!

Ciara began her rise to the top with her debut album Goodies in 2004, which spawned the title track that topped the Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Singles Chart. She kept on hitting with "1, 2 Step" (featuring Missy Elliott) and "Oh" (featuring Ludacris), which peaked at number 2. The album went triple platinum and garnered two nominations at the Grammys.

Ciara then did the feature circuit by jumping on Missy Elliott's "Lose Control" and Bow Wow's "Like You", which peaked at number three on the Billboard Hot 100.

Her second studio album, Ciara: The Evolution, topped the Billboard 200 and spawned the single "Get Up" (featuring Chamillionaire) and "Promise" and "Like a Boy".

Ciara's third album Fantasy Ride, produced the top-ten single "Love Sex Magic" (featuring Justin Timberlake), which received a Grammy nomination, and followed that with her fourth album Basic Instinct, which spawned the "Ride" (featuring Ludacris).

Ciara is also an actress, appearing in All You've Got in 2006, Mama, I Want to Sing!, That's My Boy, and The Game in 2013. Ciara also joined the cast of the 2023 musical adaptation of The Color Purple as Nettie.

Ciara has received, a Grammy, two BET Awards, the Woman of the Year award from Billboard Women in Music, two MTV Video Music Awards, seven Soul Train Awards, and thirteen Ascap Music Awards, with worldwide sales total over 45 million.

This year, Ciara's remix “Da Girls” featured Lola Brooke and Lady London.

CiCi, Lola and London each posted the to their Instagram, as the clip serves as an alternative music video. Ciara showed love to both ladies,
