Benzino's 2018 is coming to a sad close. If you weren't aware, the hiphop head has been fighting a huge drug case for a while. TMZ mentioned that he was arrested in Jan 2017, and charged with "felony possession of THC oil gummies, possessions of 6 MDMA pills and a misdemeanor possession of less than an ounce of weed. "
Apparently the drugs were found in his apartment. Benzino's team claims the search was illegal and are now waiting to see if the case will go to trial.
Benzino is going against some high stakes. He could face up to 15 years of jail time!
