Testimony Resumes in Worley Murder Trial

(Wauseon, OH) Fulton County prosecutors are quickly winding down their case against accused killer James Worley.

When testimony resumes today, the last few state witnesses are expected to take the stand  for two days before Worley's attorneys present their case.

Forensic investigators and crime experts will wrap up the prosecution's case, which has included nearly 40 witnesses who detailed the chain of DNA and GPS evidence linking Worley to the disappearance and death of  20-year-old Sierah Joughin in 2016.

Worley is facing the death penalty if convicted of kidnapping and killing the former Evergreen High School and University of Toledo student as she rode her bike to her Metamora home.
