Former NFL player, Aaron Hernandez was found not guilty in a double murder case last Friday. However, earlier today Hernandez was discovered hanged by bed sheets in a Massetchussets prison cell.
Initially, authorities believed Hernandez commuted suicide but its since been reported that his death could have possibly been a murder. Allegedly, the Bible verse, John 3:16 (For God so loved the world he gave his only begotten son, that whoever believes in him shall nor perish but have eternal life.) was written on his head in blood. There are new reports, though, claiming the verse was written in red marker.
Family members say Hernandez was not in the frame of mind to kill himself. Officials are investigating.
