Chance The Rapper, who just turned 24 years old is so committed to his community that he threw a birthday party and all of the proceeds went to his organization, 'Social Works' which works to empower the youth of Chicago through arts, education and civic engagement.
The party, Chance called "Chance The Party" raised around $100K!
